Terms of Service
Effective date: May 7, 2026
By signing up for Quickzync, you agree to these terms. Plain-language version below; consult support@quickzync.com if anything's unclear.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, including invitations to teammates. Keep your password secure. Share it with no one — if you suspect a compromise, reset it immediately.
Subscription, billing, cancellation
- Each plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Trials are exactly the length stated on the pricing page (3 or 7 days). After the trial, your card is charged for the plan you selected unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds.
- You can downgrade or upgrade between plans whenever your business needs change.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Quickzync for unlawful activity or to send spam.
- Don't attempt to break or probe the system. Responsible disclosure is welcome — email us instead.
- Don't share access with people outside your business.
Your data
You own your data. We host it on your behalf. You can export everything via the in-app reports/CSV tools. If we ever shut down, we'll give 60 days' notice and a clear export path.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We aim for 99.5%+ uptime and will notify you of major incidents.
Liability
Quickzync is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the most recent 12 months.
Changes
If we change these terms in a material way, we'll email you 30 days before they take effect.
