Privacy Policy

Quickzync Inc. ("we", "us") operates Quickzync. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect from you and how we use it. If you have any questions, email support@quickzync.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email, hashed password.
  • Business data you enter: customers, invoices, expenses, inventory, and so on.
  • Files you upload: logos, receipts, job photos, signatures.
  • Usage data: pages visited and basic browser/device info, used to fix bugs and improve the app.

How we use it

  • To run the product you signed up for.
  • To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, payment reminders you ask us to send on your behalf).
  • To respond to support requests.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your business data with other customers.
  • We do not show ads.

Your data, your control

You can export everything via the in-app reports and CSV download tools. You can request account deletion any time by emailing us. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified request (we keep minimal billing records as required by tax law).

Third-party services

We use a small set of trusted services to run Quickzync: a hosting provider, a managed database, file storage, and (optionally) AI providers like OpenAI or Anthropic. Each one handles only the data needed for their specific role.

Updates to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll email you and update the effective date above.

This is a starter privacy policy. Before going public with paying customers in your jurisdiction, have a lawyer or your tax/business advisor review it for compliance with the laws that apply to you (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
